Occasionally, due to high demand products may be sold out. Product may sometimes be discontinued by the maker. When this happens, we will inform you and proceed with the remainder of your order. We could also provide you with an alternative option to replace discontinued item.
Products that are in backorder takes approximately 10-15 weeks to be completed. We are able to do partial shipments. Available products will be shipped first and the remaining will be shipped once they become available, at no additional shipping cost. Our stock level varies and changes from time to time as we distribute globally. We can provide you with more accurate stock status once you have confirmed your purchase order.
We accept payments through Bank Transfer or Paypal. Details on payment methods will be mentioned in the invoice.
Please be aware, depending on the Country in which you reside, you may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on receipt.
All products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on receipt. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international shipping. Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products or materials and it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for shipping outside Japan. You will be responsible for any and all Customs fees and taxes incurred in shipping outside the delivery.
We ship internationally via UPS Express and/or your Country’s local courier depending on your location. You will receive tracking details regarding the status of your shipping after your order is despatched. Shipping generally takes 10-15 working days to your country (depending on product availability).
The shipping & handling fees includes insurance coverage. You must inspect the Product(s) on delivery. If a product is damaged at the time of delivery, you should notify us within 10 days of delivery to konnichiwa@kurieto.com with photo proof and description, and we will evaluate and consider whether a product replacement or credit is applicable. Replacement or credit note on damages caused from transit can only be applied to a maximum of 2 (two) rounds of reported damages.
We adhere to a strict policy regarding cancellations, refunds, and changes of mind. Please note that once an order is placed, it is considered final, and We do not accept any refunds or returns, as well as change of minds. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
